Returns & Exchanges

At Valere Milano, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Valere Milano

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
